About the Job:

Bahl & Bajaj is seeking a motivated Associate with 0-1 year of experience to join their IP Prosecution and IP Litigation & Arbitration practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to specialize in intellectual property law and arbitration, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Eligibility:

- 0-1 year of experience in law, particularly in IP or arbitration.

- Prior experience or internships in IP or Arbitration firms will be preferred.

- Strong interest in intellectual property prosecution, trademark clearance searches, copyright and design registration, patent registration, and arbitration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in IP prosecution and litigation, including trademark, copyright, and patent enforcement.

- Conduct trademark clearance searches and offer strategic advice on contentious matters.

- Handle copyright and design registration and enforcement processes.

- Work on domestic and international arbitration cases.

- Develop enforcement strategies for IP rights violations.

- Provide support in client advisory roles, legal research, and case management.

Duration:

This is a full-time role with an immediate start date.
