Eligibility:
Associate:
Qualification: LLB
Required Skill Set: Knowledge of basic provisions of law pertaining to criminal, civil, commercial, property, and family matters. Excellent oration and drafting skills. Ability to represent and argue in courts. Good research ability on the laws to gain command on the matter.
Intern:
Required Skill Set: Willingness to learn and explore the field of litigation. A go-getter attitude clubbed with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to think on their feet.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Associate:
Formulate and implement legal opinions on matters.
Handle clients independently and advise them on various aspects.
Represent and argue in courts.
Conduct thorough legal research.
Intern:
Conduct satisfactory research and look up relevant case laws.
Assist seniors in court proceedings and drafting a variety of documents.
Duration:
The duration of the internship and associate position will be discussed during the interview.
