About the Internship/Job:

ND Associates is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as Interns or Junior Advocates. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil litigation and basic criminal law within a dynamic legal environment.

Eligibility:

  • Experience: 0-3 years

  • Requirements:

  • Strong interest in civil litigation

  • Basic understanding of criminal law

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic legal environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting legal documents and pleadings for civil and criminal cases.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.

  • Attend court proceedings and hearings to observe and assist senior advocates.

  • Manage case files and ensure proper documentation.

  • Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.
