About the Internship/Job:

Legato Legal is currently seeking a dedicated Associate and two enthusiastic Interns to join their District Court chamber in Delhi. The positions are ideal for individuals with a strong interest in litigation and a passion for learning and professional growth.


Eligibility:

Associate:

  • Strong interest in litigation.

  • Knowledge of basic drafting.

  • Appetite for learning.

  • Confident and proactive.

Interns:

  • Preferably in the last year of law school.

  • Passion for learning and gaining practical experience in litigation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Associate:

  • Assisting in court appearances and case preparation.

  • Drafting legal documents and pleadings.

  • Conducting legal research.

  • Liaising with clients and other legal professionals.

  • Participating in strategy discussions and providing insights.

Interns:

  • Assisting in drafting and research.

  • Attending court proceedings.

  • Preparing case briefs and summaries.

  • Supporting the associate and senior lawyers in day-to-day activities.


Duration:

  • The duration for the Associate position is ongoing, subject to performance and mutual agreement.

  • The internship is for a period as per academic requirements or firm needs.
