About the Job:
The chamber is seeking a dedicated Associate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in general dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting skills and a solid command of the English language. This is a full-time position with negotiable salary based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
Eligibility:
1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general dispute resolution.
Strong focus on drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Excellent command of the English language.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
Representing clients in various legal forums across Delhi.
Conducting legal research and providing well-reasoned legal opinions.
Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial and other hearings.
Collaborating with senior lawyers and other team members on complex legal issues.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with a long-term commitment.
