About the Job

Anoma Legal is seeking highly motivated professionals for the positions of Associate (2-4 years PQE) and Senior Associate (4-6 years PQE). These roles involve handling complex legal matters in infrastructure, projects, banking & project finance, and general corporate law.

Eligibility

Associate: 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in relevant fields.

Senior Associate: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in relevant fields.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Advising clients on legal issues related to infrastructure, projects, and corporate transactions.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to banking and project finance.

- Conducting due diligence and providing strategic advice on corporate matters.

- Assisting in structuring transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Representing clients in negotiations and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Duration

Full-time employment.
