About the Job:

Dhir & Dhir Associates is seeking passionate and experienced legal professionals to join their Banking & Finance practice. The firm is offering multiple positions at various levels, including Associate, Senior Associate, Principal Associate, and Associate Partner. These roles require individuals with 2-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who can independently engage with clients and manage complex finance transactions.

Eligibility:

- Post-qualification experience (PQE) of 2-10 years.

- Strong expertise in Banking & Finance law.

- Experience in handling finance transactions for PSUs, financial institutions, and banks.

- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents.

- Ability to provide solution-oriented legal advice in line with current laws.

- Knowledge of the latest regulatory norms and judicial precedents.

- Experience in corporate and project due diligence.

- Familiarity with stamp duty matters and enforceability of financing documents.

- Capability to coordinate with foreign legal counsel in cross-border transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Independently engage with clients and transaction stakeholders.

- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents.

- Manage finance transactions for PSUs, financial institutions, and banks.

- Provide solution-oriented legal advice in line with current laws.

- Stay updated with the latest regulatory norms and judgments.

- Conduct corporate and project due diligence.

- Advise on the enforceability of financing documents and related conditions.

- Handle stamp duty matters.

- Coordinate with foreign legal counsel in cross-border transactions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Duration:

- Permanent, full-time positions.
