About the Internship/Job:
IRR Insolvency Professionals Private Limited, based in New Delhi, is a dynamic and professional Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) engaged in providing services under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The organization is seeking passionate and motivated individuals for the role of Company Secretary Intern or Fresher Advocate to support the team in managing regulatory compliances, corporate governance, and insolvency processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in insolvency procedures, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Pursuing or completed Company Secretary (CS) internship.
Fresh Law Graduates or Advocates with an interest in insolvency law, corporate governance, and compliance.
Legal interns currently pursuing LLB or equivalent legal education.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in drafting, legal research, and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the IBC Code and Companies Act, 2013.
Oversee filing of statutory returns and legal documents.
Support in Meetings and Coordination:
Attend Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings and assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Facilitate effective communication between the board of directors (with suspended powers) and stakeholders.
Documentation and Filing:
Prepare and review legal documents related to insolvency and corporate governance.
Assist in timely filing of reports, returns, and resolutions.
Research and Advisory:
Conduct legal research on case laws, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.
Provide support to the Insolvency Professional team in executing resolution processes.
Duration:
3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance and mutual agreement).
