About the Internship/Job:

Legal Delight is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join their dynamic team as CS Trainees and Legal Interns. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in both legal and corporate governance fields. Interns and trainees will work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to real-world legal projects and enhancing their understanding of corporate compliance, legal drafting, and industry-specific laws.

Eligibility:

- For CS Trainees: Candidates must be enrolled in the Company Secretary (CS) course and should have completed the required levels to be eligible for training.

- For Legal Interns: Candidates should be pursuing a degree in law (LLB) and have a strong interest in corporate governance and legal compliance.

- A keen interest in legal research, drafting, and corporate laws.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in legal drafting and the preparation of commercial lease deeds.

- Conducting legal research on various topics, including IPR-related matters, RBI, FEMA, and other industry-specific laws.

- Supporting the team in compliance work under the Companies Act, 2013.

- Contributing to real-world legal projects and ensuring adherence to legal and corporate governance standards.

- Providing support in various legal and secretarial tasks as required by the firm.

Duration:

- The duration of the internship/traineeship will be as per the firm's requirements and based on mutual agreement.
