About the Internship:

Spillmate is looking for a driven and hardworking Cyber Law and Legal Intern to join our team in a remote capacity. This internship provides a special chance to acquire practical experience in the realm of cyber law, collaborating closely with our legal team to handle the intricacies of digital regulations and compliance.


Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a BA LLB or BBA LLB degree.

  • Strong understanding of cyber law principles and legal frameworks.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with legal documents.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on cyber law regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, terms of service, and privacy policies.

  • Provide legal analysis and guidance on data protection and privacy issues.

  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Assist in handling legal inquiries and disputes related to our products and services.

  • Stay updated on developments in cyber law and legal trends impacting our industry.

  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and skills.


Duration:

The internship duration is flexible and will be discussed with the selected candidates based on their availability and academic commitments.
