"Eknath Shinde Gvt. can't nullify Legal Decisions Made by MVA Gvt," Bombay HC Appellant argues

Eknath Shinde, the new chief minister of Maharashtra, is being challenged in the Bombay High Court over his alleged decision to halt hundreds of development projects, welfare programmes, and policy decisions as well as to dismiss committee leaders chosen by the previous Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) administration.

The petitioners, including former IAS officer Kishore Gajbhiye, SC/ST commission chairman Jagannath Abhiyankar, and others, are especially worried about the impact that this decision will have on approved programmes under the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, Tribal Development Department, and Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department.
