About the Internship:

This long-term internship provides an exceptional opportunity for law students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights. The role is designed to offer extensive exposure to IP due diligence, drafting, content creation, and legal research. Successful completion of the internship could lead to a permanent position with the firm.


Eligibility:

- *Education:* Final-year students or recent graduates with a degree in Law, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: Prior internships or coursework related to IPR or legal studies are advantageous but not mandatory.

- Skills:

- Basic understanding of IPR laws and practices.

- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

- Strong research and writing skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- IP Due Diligence: Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and analyses related to various IP filings.

- Drafting: Support the drafting and review of documents and contracts related to Intellectual Property Rights.

- Content Writing: Prepare and edit content related to IPR topics.

- Research: Conduct research on IPR laws, case studies, and industry trends to support the firm’s ongoing projects.


Duration:

Long-term internship with the potential for conversion into a permanent position.


Stipend:

As per industry standards.


Location:

Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India (This is an offline, at-office internship).
