About the Internship/Job:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in corporate compliance and secretarial practices. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation under the mentorship of industry experts.

Eligibility:

• Candidates pursuing or recently completed the Company Secretary course.

• Basic knowledge of corporate laws, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks.

• Strong communication and drafting skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Drafting resolutions, minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, and other corporate secretarial documents.

2. Preparing agreements for takeover, franchisee operations, and business restructuring.

3. Drafting NCLT petitions for dispute matters under the Companies Act.

4. Preparing and filing annual filing documents and forms.

5. Ensuring compliance with listed and public limited company requirements.

6. Handling FEMA compliances, including filing ECB and FC-GPR forms.

7. Managing secretarial tasks such as issuing shares, increasing authorized capital, and share transfers.

8. Processing charge creation, modification, and satisfaction.

9. Assisting with DGFT work, taxation, GST, and related compliances.

10. Overseeing compliance with labor laws, PF, and ESIC.

11. Facilitating business licensing and registrations.

Duration:The internship/job is for a duration as per mutual agreement, with the potential for full-time placement based on performance.
