About the Internship:

Legascent is offering a paid internship opportunity for law students as Legal Research Interns. This internship provides a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and trial preparation. Interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Experience, along with a Letter of Recommendation.


Eligibility:

- Law students currently enrolled in Law Universities/Institutes recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and University Grants Commission (UGC).

- Proficient in legal research and analysis.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on various legal issues.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal correspondence.

- Assist with discovery processes and trial preparation.

- Support the legal team with various tasks as needed.


Duration:

The duration of the internship will be specified upon selection, with the expectation that interns will commit to the full internship period to receive the Certificate of Experience.
