About the Internship:

DUCTUS LEGAL is offering an internship opportunity in the Commercial Legal Area from August to December 2024. This internship is designed for individuals seeking to gain significant experience in the legal sector and enhance their practical knowledge and skills.

Eligibility:

  • Current law students or recent graduates.

  • Strong interest in commercial law.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and agreements.

  • Conducting legal research on various commercial law topics.

  • Supporting the legal team in case preparation and documentation.

  • Attending court proceedings and client meetings as required.

  • Preparing legal briefs and summaries.

  • Other duties as assigned by the supervising attorneys.

Duration:

The internship will run from August to December 2024.
