Internship Opportunity as Corporate Practice at Lawssistance

About the Internship:

Lawssistance is seeking motivated and talented interns to join our Corporate Practice team. This is an offline and paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate law. Interns will engage in legal research, content writing, and assist in drafting agreements and memos. A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law course, or in the 3rd year of a 3-year law course.

  • Prior experience in corporate internships at a law firm is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.

  • Strong interest in the corporate sector.

  • Sincere, disciplined, and well-spoken.

  • Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on various corporate law topics.

  • Write and edit content related to corporate law.

  • Assist in drafting agreements and memos.

  • Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing projects.

  • Maintain organized records of research and drafts.

Duration:

  • The internship will last for a period specified during the interview process.
