About the Internship/Job:

They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Intern to join our team. This offline internship is tailored for law students who wish to gain practical experience in the field of Civil & Commercial Litigation. As a Legal Intern, you will have the chance to work on real cases, conduct legal research, refine your drafting skills, and assist our lawyers in various court proceedings.

Eligibility:

Currently enrolled in an LLB Undergraduate program (preferably 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year student).
Prior legal internship experience is preferred.
Based in Mumbai and willing to attend the office daily.
Willingness to travel to different courts, including Bombay High Court, City Civil Court (Fort and Dindoshi), Co-operative Court, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Attend court proceedings and hearings with senior lawyers.
Collaborate with the legal team to analyze and summarize legal documents.
Prepare case briefs and assist in case management activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information responsibly.

Duration:

Minimum 3 months, starting from December 2023.
