Internship Opportunity as Legal Intern

About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking a motivated and diligent Legal Intern/Associate/Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-field position where you will be directly involved in a range of legal and administrative tasks, including but not limited to dealings with Courts, Police Stations, GMADA (Greater Mohali Area Development Authority), and other Administrative divisions.


Eligibility:

  • A degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, some experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in English and [other relevant local languages].

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and case briefs.

  • Liaise with Courts, Police Stations, GMADA, and Administrative divisions on behalf of the company.

  • Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal matters.

  • Attend court sessions and administrative hearings as required.

  • Assist in drafting legal opinions, memos, and other correspondence.

  • Perform any other on-field tasks as directed by the legal team or management.


Duration:

This is a full-time position with an initial probation period of [insert duration, e.g., "6 months"], after which the candidate may be offered a permanent role based on performance.
