About the Internship
ASC Solicitors & Advocates is a leading multi-disciplinary law firm with offices in New Delhi and the United Kingdom. Our firm provides comprehensive legal solutions, specializing in Corporate-Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution (Litigation & Arbitration), Employment & Labor Laws, and Project Finance.
Position
We are looking to hire two (2) Legal Interns to join our team.
Eligibility
Final-year students of 3-year LL.B. and 5-year LL.B. programs.
Duration & Work Hours
Internship Period: One month
Hours: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents for Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, DRT, NCLT, etc., along with legal opinions and agreements.
Court visits with senior lawyers for arguments.
Case briefing and assisting in legal research.
Client Interface: Coordinating with clients, updating them on case progress, and maintaining client communications.
Stipend
Paid internship (for final-year students of 3-year LL.B. and 5-year LL.B.)
Stipend based on performance, to be determined after two rounds of interviews.
