Legal Interns (Corporate and Litigation Teams) and Junior Lawyers

About the Internship/Job:

They are currently seeking dedicated final-year law students for internship positions in our Corporate and Litigation teams. The internships offer a unique opportunity to work on real-world legal matters, gaining hands-on experience in a professional legal environment. Successful candidates will have the chance to contribute to significant projects and collaborate with experienced legal professionals.

Eligibility:

• For Corporate Team Interns: Final-year law students with a focus on corporate law. Candidates who have cleared CS Executive or any group of CS Professional Exams may be preferred.

• For Litigation Team Interns: Final-year law students interested in civil, criminal, and consumer litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Corporate Team:

• Conducting research on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, insolvency laws, and NCLT litigation.

• Assisting in legal document drafting and analysis.

• Participating in client meetings and discussions.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the team.

Litigation Team:

• Conducting legal research on civil, criminal, and consumer litigation matters.

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and legal opinions.

• Attending court proceedings and client meetings.

• Collaborating with senior lawyers on case strategies.

Duration:

Internship: Immediate start with a flexible duration (minimum 2 months). Junior Lawyers: Full-time position with a probationary period.
