Job Description:
Legal Interns (Corporate and Litigation Teams) and Junior Lawyers
About the Internship/Job:
They are currently seeking dedicated final-year law students for internship positions in our Corporate and Litigation teams. The internships offer a unique opportunity to work on real-world legal matters, gaining hands-on experience in a professional legal environment. Successful candidates will have the chance to contribute to significant projects and collaborate with experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility:
For Corporate Team Interns: Final-year law students with a focus on corporate law. Candidates who have cleared CS Executive or any group of CS Professional Exams may be preferred.
For Litigation Team Interns: Final-year law students interested in civil, criminal, and consumer litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Corporate Team:
Conducting research on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, insolvency laws, and NCLT litigation.
Assisting in legal document drafting and analysis.
Participating in client meetings and discussions.
Any other tasks as assigned by the team.
Litigation Team:
Conducting legal research on civil, criminal, and consumer litigation matters.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and legal opinions.
Attending court proceedings and client meetings.
Collaborating with senior lawyers on case strategies.
Duration:
Internship: Immediate start with a flexible duration (minimum 2 months). Junior Lawyers: Full-time position with a probationary period.
