About the Internship:

The firm is offering an exciting opportunity for two driven law students to join their team as Real Estate Law Interns. This 6-month internship is designed for ambitious individuals pursuing their LLM in Real Estate Law. Interns will gain hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting due diligence processes. The role offers a flexible hybrid work setup, allowing interns to balance their studies with real-world legal experience.


Eligibility:

- LLB completed.

- Currently pursuing LLM in Real Estate Law.

- Strong academic record.

- Excellent research and writing skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft and review real estate contracts and agreements.

- Conduct in-depth legal research on property law and related issues.

- Support due diligence processes for real estate transactions.

- Prepare legal memoranda and reports.

- Assist senior attorneys with various legal tasks and projects.


Duration:

The internship is a 6-month program, designed to provide comprehensive exposure to real estate law.
