About the Internship:

ArthAum Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Intern for a 3-month internship with the potential for full-time conversion. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal and compliance aspects of the venture capital industry. The role will involve a hybrid work environment, combining time in the Mumbai office with remote work.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Familiarity with venture capital and compliance regulations is advantageous.

- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- *Drafting Legal Documents:* Prepare and review Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to ensure compliance with legal standards.

- *Understanding of Venture Capital:* Assist in legal matters related to venture capital, angel investments, and private equity.

- *Compliance Support:* Aid in ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations within the firm's operations, contributing to the overall compliance framework.

- *Research and Analysis:* Conduct thorough research on regulatory issues and compliance matters pertinent to the venture capital landscape.

- *Cross Collaboration:* Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Board Members to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.


Duration:

3 months, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
