About the Internship:

ASL Partners is offering an exclusive in-person internship opportunity for two highly motivated law students with a keen interest in litigation. This internship is designed to provide substantive experience and hands-on exposure to real-world legal challenges. Selected interns will work closely with seasoned legal professionals, gaining insights into complex legal matters and honing their litigation skills in a professional setting.


Eligibility:

- Applicants must be in their 3rd to 5th year of law studies.

- Prior experience in litigation is required.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in legal research and case preparation.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

- Attend court hearings and observe proceedings.

- Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.

- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation matters.

- Contribute to the development of case strategies and legal arguments.


Duration:

The duration o fthe internship will be determined based on mutual agreement between the firm and the selected interns.
