B M Shah & Associates is offering a paid internship opportunity for aspiring legal professionals. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in non-litigation work, tech transactions, and Intellectual Property Rights. Interns will work closely with experienced attorneys, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in the legal field.


Eligibility:

  • Own Laptop: Candidates must possess their own laptop for the duration of the internship.

  • On-site Internship: This is not a remote internship; candidates must be able to work from the office.

  • Educational Background: While a background in the field of science may be preferred, it is not a necessity. Applications from candidates with diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in non-litigation legal work.

  • Support tech transactions and Intellectual Property Rights matters.

  • Conduct legal research and draft relevant documents.

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.

  • Participate in client meetings and maintain effective communication.


Duration:
