About the Internship/Job:

Car Dekho is offering a dynamic internship opportunity for individuals eager to delve into the corporate functioning of a legal team. This internship is based at the Gurgaon office and focuses on providing hands-on experience in database management, legal document vetting, and research. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the Legal tracker and gaining exposure to various facets of legal operations within a corporate environment.

Eligibility:

• Law students or recent graduates with a keen interest in corporate law.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with database management is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Database Management:

• Efficiently organize and manage legal data and documents.

• Ensure the integrity and accessibility of the legal database.

1. Updating and Maintaining Legal Tracker:

• Regularly update and maintain the Legal tracker with relevant information.

• Monitor and report on legal milestones and deadlines.

1. Vetting Various Documents:

• Gain hands-on experience in reviewing and vetting legal documents.

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

1. Legal Research and Case Studies:

• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant topics.

• Assist in preparing case studies to enhance legal knowledge.

Internship Tenure:

3 months
