About the Internship:

They are inviting applications for a dynamic and engaging internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in a wide array of legal practices. This is a remarkable opportunity for law students to immerse themselves in the real-world challenges of legal procedures and litigation, under the guidance of AOR Abhishek Ritabh Shukla and the team.

Eligibility:

  • Third and Fourth Year students from a 5-year law course.

  • Second year onwards for students enrolled in a 3-year law course.

  • Applicants must be based in Delhi, as this is a physical internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research related to cases on Disputes Resolution, Service Matters, Matrimonial Disputes, Consumer Disputes, Criminal Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.

  • Draft legal documents and case briefs under the supervision of senior lawyers.

  • Attend court sessions and tribunal hearings to understand practical aspects of litigation.

  • Engage with clients to assist in gathering relevant case information and documentation.

  • Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing cases, providing support as needed.

Duration:

April – May 2024. The internship may be subject to extension based on performance.
