About the Internship/Job:
As a virtual intern at Conquest Legal Partners, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various legal practice areas, including Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Secretarial Work, and Disputes Resolution. This internship is designed to provide aspiring law professionals with invaluable insights into the legal industry, enabling them to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. You will be mentored by seasoned lawyers, engaging in challenging assignments that will enhance your legal skills and understanding.
Eligibility:
They are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic law students in their 2nd or 3rd year (in the case of a 3-year LLB) or 3rd, 4th, and 5th year (in the case of a 5-year LLB) of study. Applicants must have a strong passion for the law, excellent research and communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a professional legal environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various topics related to Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Secretarial Work, and Disputes Resolution.
Assist senior lawyers in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Participate in client meetings and consultations (virtual) under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Prepare case briefs, legal memos, and reports.
Support the team in administrative tasks related to legal proceedings.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to ongoing projects within the firm.
Duration:
The internship program will run for the entire month of November, providing interns with a comprehensive understanding of the legal profession and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our firm.
