Internship Overview:
As an intern at Cornellia and No Grey, you will immerse yourself in general corporate law and dispute resolution. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing contracts, legal documentation (briefs and memos), and contributing to various legal and tech-related projects. At No Grey, you’ll engage in legal research pertaining to digital legal offerings, participate in product development, refinement, and management, conduct marketing research, and contribute to fundraising activities. This dual exposure is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of both traditional legal practices and the impact of technology in the legal sector.
Eligibility:
Currently enrolled in the 4th (preferred) or 5th year of law school.
Strong academic record with a keen interest in the role of technology in the legal field.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated interest in legal technology and innovation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research in areas related to general corporate law, dispute resolution, and digital legal offerings.
Prepare contracts, briefs, memos, and other legal documentation.
Contribute to product development, refinement, and management at No Grey.
Engage in marketing research activities.
Assist in fundraising activities.
Duration:
6 months (with the possibility of extension)
