About the Internship/Job:
They are excited to offer four physical internship positions within our Dispute Resolution Team, starting from 1st March 2024. This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding and gain practical experience in dispute resolution under the guidance of experienced legal practitioners.
Eligibility:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a law program.
A keen interest in dispute resolution.
Demonstrated academic or practical experience in law, particularly in areas relevant to dispute resolution.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting in drafting legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and appeals.
Conducting detailed legal research on various aspects of dispute resolution.
Supporting the Dispute Resolution Team in preparing for court proceedings.
Participating in client meetings and mediation sessions.
Performing case analysis and assisting with strategy development.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the mentor or team lead.
Duration:
The internship will last for a minimum period of 4 months, starting from 1st March 2024.
