Internship Opportunity at Kay and Partners

About the Internship:

Kay and Partners is inviting applications for a paid internship opportunity for the months of September and October. This is a one-month, in-office internship where selected interns will gain hands-on experience in drafting and legal research, particularly in the field of Banking and Financial Law. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, enhancing their practical knowledge and skills in a dynamic legal environment.


Eligibility:

- Candidates must be in the 7th semester or above of a 5-year law course or in the 3rd semester or above of a 3-year law course.

- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Delhi-NCR who can join immediately.

- Candidates must be available for the full duration of the month they are applying for. Those with examinations during the internship period are advised not to apply.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on issues related to Banking and Financial Law.

- Assist in drafting legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and opinions.

- Support the legal team in case preparations and client consultations.

- Participate in meetings and discussions to gain insights into real-world legal practices.


Duration:

The internship will last for one month, with available slots in September and October. Candidates should specify their preferred month of internship in the subject line when applying.
