About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking highly motivated Legal Graduates to join our team as interns. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, gaining practical experience in various courts including Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT, DRT, and District Courts. This internship offers a unique chance to enhance your legal skills, participate in real cases, and understand the nuances of the legal system in India.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be legal graduates.
Strong personal traits including discipline, punctuality, a sense of ownership, curiosity, and dedication.
Meritorious candidates preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist senior lawyers in legal research, case analysis, and documentation.
Attend court hearings, client meetings, and legal proceedings under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Draft legal documents, opinions, and case summaries.
Conduct legal research and provide support in preparing legal strategies.
Collaborate effectively with the legal team and contribute to case discussions.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the ethical standards of the legal profession.
Duration:
The initial duration of the internship is 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance assessment.

Location:
The interns will be based in Delhi and will primarily work from Supreme Court or Delhi High Court. Work-from-home options are available on Saturdays when there are no other court hearings.
