Internship Opportunity at Law Offices of India

About the Company:

Law Offices of India is a prominent legal firm specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), both within domestic and international jurisdictions. About the Internship:

Law Offices of India is seeking four dedicated and motivated law students for a remote internship opportunity. This internship is designed for students who are in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year at a reputed law school and are eager to gain in-depth experience in ADR. Interns will primarily focus on conducting legal research related to ADR under both domestic and international jurisdictions.


Eligibility:

- Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year from a reputed law school.

- Strong interest in ADR and legal research.

- Excellent legal writing and research skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research on ADR under domestic and international jurisdictions.

- Analyze case laws and provide summaries on relevant topics.

- Assist in drafting research papers, reports, and other legal documents as required.

- Engage in discussions and present findings to the team.


Duration:

- The internship will last for two months.


How to Apply:

Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a short write-up on one of the following topics:

1. Power of Arbitral Tribunal in setting aside Ex-parte order against respondent.

OR

1A. Right of the respondent to participate in Arbitral proceedings after the respondent has been proceeded Ex-parte.


- The write-up should not exceed 200 words and must refer to a minimum of two judgments on the subject.
