About the Internship/Job
They are currently inviting applications for a highly motivated and dynamic law intern to join our team at the New Delhi office. This internship presents a remarkable opportunity for law students to immerse themselves in the practical aspects of legal work and gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
Currently enrolled in a recognized law school or university, preferably in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year program, or in any year of a 3-year LLB program.
Demonstrated interest in corporate law, intellectual property rights, litigation, or arbitration.
Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English (both oral and written communication).
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in legal research and analysis on various legal matters.
Draft legal documents, case briefs, and memos.
Support the preparation of pleadings and other documents for court filings.
Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and arbitration sessions alongside senior lawyers.
Perform case file management and help in organizing legal documents.
Contribute to the firm’s publications and legal reports.
Duration
The internship will be for a minimum duration of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and the firm’s requirements.
