About the Internship/Job

They are currently inviting applications for a highly motivated and dynamic law intern to join our team at the New Delhi office. This internship presents a remarkable opportunity for law students to immerse themselves in the practical aspects of legal work and gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized law school or university, preferably in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year program, or in any year of a 3-year LLB program.

  • Demonstrated interest in corporate law, intellectual property rights, litigation, or arbitration.

  • Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in English (both oral and written communication).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in legal research and analysis on various legal matters.

  • Draft legal documents, case briefs, and memos.

  • Support the preparation of pleadings and other documents for court filings.

  • Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and arbitration sessions alongside senior lawyers.

  • Perform case file management and help in organizing legal documents.

  • Contribute to the firm’s publications and legal reports.

Duration

The internship will be for a minimum duration of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and the firm’s requirements.
