About The Internship:

As a legal intern at NIRBHAYA & ASSOCIATES, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various legal aspects, including drafting petitions for filing before the Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT, assisting in the corporate insolvency resolution process, and appearing before the Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT.

Responsibilities:

Draft petitions to be filed before Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT. Assist in the corporate insolvency resolution process. Appear before Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT.

Requirements:

Preference given to candidates with prior experience in corporate insolvency resolution. Preference given to law graduates.

Who Can Apply:

• Available for a full-time (in-office) internship.

• Can start the internship between 9th August 2023 and 13th September 2023.

• Available for a duration of 6 months.

• Open to relocating to Delhi and neighboring cities. Possess relevant skills and interests. Women looking to start or restart their career are encouraged to apply.
