About the Internship:

Nyaypratham Legal is seeking two interns for the months of September and October 2024. This physical internship provides an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical exposure to litigation and courtroom proceedings. Interns will be involved in research, drafting, and preparing case briefs, offering them insight into real-world legal processes. The position promises extensive exposure to court proceedings across various forums, making it an ideal learning platform for aspiring litigators.

Eligibility:

• 4th & 5th-year students enrolled in a 5-year integrated law course

• 3rd-year students enrolled in a 3-year LLB course

• Candidates willing to join immediately will be given preference.

  
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on a variety of matters.

• Draft legal documents, including agreements, notices, and case briefs.

• Prepare case summaries and briefing notes.

• Attend court proceedings and assist in trial preparation.

• Support senior advocates with casework and client interactions.

Duration:

September and October 2024 (Two months)
