About the Internship/Job:
PaySprint is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated interns to join our legal team. As an intern, you will assist in various legal tasks, including legal research, document review, contract drafting, and other assigned duties. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the dynamic field of fintech and banking law.
Eligibility:
Educational Background: Company Secretary/Law student or recent graduate
Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of legal principles
Skill(s) required: MS-Office, Research, and Analytics
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to fintech and banking laws
Assist in the review and analysis of legal documents and contracts
Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
Collaborate with the legal team on special projects and assignments
Maintain organized and accurate records of legal documents
Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
Duration:
6 months (Full-time, in-office internship)
