PLC was founded by Mr. Pratyush Prasanna in the year 2018 after spending considerable time litigating in various forums including Hon'ble Delhi High Court and Other Hon'ble High Courts of the country as well as trial courts in a vide variety of cases including Commercial Disputes, Company Matters, Writ Petitions, General Civil Litigation, Broadcasting Disputes, Arbitration, Consumer Disputes, criminal trial, criminal appeals etc.
