Contract Drafting Specialist – May 2024

About the Internship:

They are excited to offer an online internship for the month of May 2024, focusing on Contract Drafting among other legal documents and matters. This is an excellent opportunity for law students and recent graduates to enhance their practical knowledge and skills in drafting contracts, marketing proposals, affidavits, rent agreements, and more.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a law degree program.

  • A keen interest in contract law and legal drafting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in an online setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

During the internship, participants will:

  1. Draft various types of contracts including, but not limited to, Rent Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Banking Contract matters.

  2. Prepare Marketing Proposals to understand the intersection of law and business.

  3. Draft Affidavits and legal documents pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights.

  4. Work on Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association for corporate clients.

  5. Engage in research and application of legal principles in drafting documents.

  6. Receive mentorship and feedback from Advocate Rahul Kumar Singh and the team.

Duration:

The internship will take place in May 2024.
