Internship Overview:
Rahul & Jayshri Associates & Co. is pleased to announce an internship opportunity in Contract Drafting for the month of May 2024. This internship will be conducted online, offering participants a flexible and enriching learning experience. Interns will gain invaluable exposure to diverse legal practices, including Contract Drafting, Marketing Proposals, Affidavits, Rent Agreements, Intellectual Property Rights, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, and Banking Contract Matters.
Eligibility:
Prospective interns should be law students pursuing LLB or LLM from recognized institutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in legal drafting and research. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. While prior experience or coursework in contract law and related fields is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The selected interns will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents. They will also assist in preparing marketing proposals and affidavits, conduct legal research on various intellectual property rights issues, collaborate with the legal team on non-disclosure agreements and banking contract matters, and contribute to the development and modification of articles and memoranda of association.
Duration:
The internship will commence on May 1, 2024, and conclude on May 31, 2024.
