About the Internship:

The company is seeking a motivated and skilled legal intern to join its Legal Team. This long-term internship offers candidates practical exposure to legal processes within the insurance domain. Interns will gain hands-on experience handling legal cases, drafting, and researching, under the guidance of experienced industry professionals. Successful interns will receive a certificate of completion, and outstanding performers may be offered further opportunities.


Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LLB program.

  • Proficient in procedural laws, legal research, drafting, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi-NCR.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Third-Party (TP) claim cases, including matters related to MACT, HC appeals, Consumer Commission, and Ombudsman.

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft necessary documents.

  • Support the legal team in analyzing case details and preparing reports.

  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure proper documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members on ongoing legal projects.


Duration:

The internship will last for 3 months, commencing on 6th January 2025.
