About the Internship:
Sahay & Manish Law Offices is calling for internship applications from law students for the months of August 2024 and September 2024. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in dispute resolution, working alongside experienced legal professionals in a physical office setting.
Eligibility:
Law students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate law program.
Strong interest in dispute resolution.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Assisting in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
Supporting attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings.
Attending client meetings and court hearings.
Managing and organizing legal files and documentation.
Performing other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.
Duration:
Minimum one month, starting in August 2024 or September 2024.
