About the Internship:
SVF Entertainment Private Limited is seeking motivated and detail-oriented legal interns to join our dynamic legal team on an immediate basis. This is a long-term, in-office internship designed to provide hands-on experience in the entertainment industry’s legal landscape. If you are eager to gain practical exposure and work in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Eligibility:
🔹 Law students in their 4th/5th year (5-year law course) or 3rd year (3-year law course).🔹 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.🔹 Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months (with the first month as an assessment period).🔹 Available to work in-office at our Kolkata office (remote work is not an option).
Roles and Responsibilities:
🖊️ Assist the legal team with daily operations and administrative tasks.🖊️ Draft, review, and analyze legal agreements and contracts.🖊️ Manage legal workflows, including execution, archiving, and maintaining MIS and trackers.🖊️ Research and summarize legal provisions relevant to the entertainment industry.
Internship Duration:
📅 Minimum 6 months commitment (first month is an assessment period).
Location:
📍 SVF Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.Acropolis, 18th Floor, 1858/1, Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata 700107.⚠️ This is a strictly in-office role; please apply only if you are available to join in person.
Salary/Stipend:
