About the Internship:

This internship is a fantastic opportunity for law students in their 4th or 5th year who are keen to pursue a career in litigation. The intern will have the chance to actively participate in court proceedings and visit various courts and tribunals in Delhi. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the litigation process, enhancing the intern's understanding of courtroom dynamics and legal procedures.


Eligibility:

- 4th or 5th-year law students from a 5-year law course.

- Candidates must have a genuine interest in litigation and be willing to engage in hands-on legal work.

- The position is open to students who can join immediately and are committed to the duration of the internship.

- Freshers need not apply.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the preparation of case files and legal documents.

- Attending and observing court proceedings across various courts and tribunals.

- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.

- Supporting senior associates and lawyers with day-to-day tasks related to ongoing cases.

- Handling any other responsibilities as directed by the senior legal team.


Duration:

- One month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and workload.
