About the Internship/Job:
As an intern at TLS, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will engage in legal research on socio-legal laws, assist in drafting reports, write research articles, and contribute actively to our initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and respectful environment.
Eligibility:
• Currently pursuing a law degree or recently graduated with a law degree.
• Familiarity with socio-legal laws such as POSH, POCSO, RPWDA, TPA, etc.
• Previous internship or work experience in a socio-legal space is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Available for a period of 3 months.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on socio-legal laws, prepare opinions, and contribute valuable insights.
• Assist in drafting comprehensive reports addressing bullying, harassment, and discrimination issues.
• Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by writing research articles on pertinent topics.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Actively participate in initiatives aimed at fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
Duration:
The internship/job is for a period of 3 months.
