About the Internship:

Worknex is excited to offer a remote legal research internship position for students and recent graduates who are passionate about the law and possess a knack for in-depth research and analysis. This position offers the unique opportunity to delve into various areas of law, ranging from corporate practice and intellectual property to white-collar criminal litigation, arbitration, data protection, and more.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a law school program.

  • Strong understanding of legal concepts and research methodologies.

  • Excellent research, analysis, and communication skills.

  • Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.

  • Creative and open to learning new things.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining topic lists on engaging and current legal topics.

  • Conducting thorough legal research across various domains.

  • Fact-checking and proofreading documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.

  • Structuring research in a coherent and accessible manner for various audiences.

Duration:

The internship duration will be for a period of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
