About the Internship:

Zentrum Law Partners invites applications for its October 2024 internship program, providing an opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in corporate law. The internship offers both online and offline modes, with offline placements available at the firm's Bhopal office. Interns will work on various legal tasks including legal research, drafting, and case preparation, providing them with practical insights into the workings of a corporate law firm.

Eligibility:

- Open to 4th and 5th-year law students.

- Preference will be given to students from premium law schools.

- A strong academic record is required.

- Applicants should have prior experience in corporate internships or related fields.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial law matters.

- Assisting with drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

- Supporting senior lawyers in case preparation and client communication.

- Attending court proceedings and meetings as required (for offline interns).

- Participating in team discussions and strategy sessions.
