The firm provides a collaborative and professional environment for budding legal professionals to gain practical experience and build foundational skills in the corporate legal sector.


About the Internship:

Lawssistance is inviting applications from motivated law students for an offline internship with their Corporate Practice team for the month of November. This opportunity offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, refine their research skills, and develop proficiency in drafting legal documents and agreements.


Eligibility:

- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and an interest in corporate law

- Proficiency in MS Word

- Strong communication skills and discipline


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on corporate law topics

- Assisting in content writing for legal documents

- Supporting the drafting of agreements, memos, and other legal documents


Duration:

The internship is for the month of November, conducted in an offline setting at Lawssistance.


Location:

The internship will take place in-office at Lawssistance.


Stipend:

This is a paid internship, with details about the stipend available upon request.


Certificate:

A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the internship.
