Internship Opportunity: Offline Interns for IPR Team at Jain & Partners

About the Internship:

Jain & Partners is seeking motivated and diligent law students to join their IPR Team as Offline Interns. This is an in-office, paid internship located in Rohini, Delhi, and offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Intellectual Property Rights, particularly in Trademark Law. The firm is looking for candidates who can join immediately.


Eligibility:

- Law students in their 2nd to 4th year of a 5-Year Law Programme

- Law students in their 2nd and 3rd year of a 3-Year Law Programme


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in trademark searches and registrations

- Conducting legal research on IPR-related matters

- Drafting and preparing legal documents

- Supporting the IPR team in various ongoing projects

- Attending and contributing to team meetings

- Managing and organizing case files


Duration:

- Minimum tenure of 2 months

- Internship timings are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
