About the Internship/Job:

We are offering a dynamic opportunity for passionate and dedicated law students to join us as Junior Research Associates under the Bodhan Project NGO. This virtual internship will provide you with valuable insights into the realms of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) laws and regulations. As a Junior Research Associate, you will be actively involved in research, policy analysis, and advocacy initiatives, contributing to our ongoing projects and campaigns.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a student pursuing a 3-year or 5-year law course.

  • Strong interest in social justice, human rights, and legal advocacy.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on Sexual Harassment (POSH) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) laws, regulations, and relevant case studies.

  • Assist in policy analysis and contribute to the development of advocacy strategies.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, articles, and presentations based on research findings.

  • Collaborate with the team to organize awareness campaigns, webinars, and workshops.

  • Engage in discussions and debates to promote awareness about POSH & POCSO laws.

Duration:

  • Starting Date: December 1st, 2023.

  • Duration: 1 month.

  • Mode: Virtual.
