Internship Opportunity with Chambers of Ashish Mehta (Ex-Founder, Ethos Legal Alliance)

About the Internship:

The Chambers of Ashish Mehta is inviting applications for three physical internship slots. This is a unique opportunity for law students who are passionate about legal research and writing to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment. Interns will be expected to commit to a minimum period of four months, starting from 23rd August 2024.


Eligibility:

- Applicants must have completed the 4th semester (3-year course) or the 8th semester (5-year course) examinations.

- Candidates should possess proven and impressive command over legal research and legal writing skills.

- Only those who are able to commit to a physical internship in Mumbai for a minimum of four months should apply.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough legal research on various legal issues and cases.

- Assisting in drafting legal documents, opinions, and briefs.

- Supporting the team in court-related matters and case preparation.

- Attending court proceedings and client meetings as required.

- Engaging in detailed legal analysis and writing tasks under the guidance of Ashish Mehta.


Duration:

The internship will commence on 23rd August 2024 and will require a commitment of at least four months.
